Our home finding service:
We provide an in-depth home-finding service which enables you to be sure that you are seeing all that the market has
to offer as it comes on the market. We have an established relationship with estate agents that enable us to find out
about houses that are coming onto the market. Ordinarily we would vet the property for you first and take photos and
video and compile a report about its pros and cons before you decide if it is a property that you would like to see. We
will then then arrange a viewing and accompany you to give you our professional advice. Should you wish to proceed,
we will then try to negotiate the best price possible and move quickly to secure the purchase.
Pre-purchase investigations:
Part of the decision to purchase a new home will be the context of the locality and how it fits in with the lifestyle of you and
your family. We can give you an immediate insight into these factors by investigating those amenities and services which are
relavant to you and compiling a dossier on the property and how it will relate to your future life.
Instructing / liaising with surveyors:
Once you have chsoen a property we are able to provide the services of trusted surveyors or liaise directly with a surveyor you
yourself might wish to use to give you all the information that you require to move the sale forwards.
Liaising with solicitors
One of the most stressful parts of a move is the way that professional parties conduct themselves if it is not with the urgency or
diligence that you would prefer. Often Solicitors are top of this list! With our legal background we can either provide trusted solicitors
to carry out your conveyacing or liaise directly with your chosen solicitors during the conveyancing process to ensure that timescales
and objectives are clearly communicated and kept to. We regularly follow up on progress and on the issues that are involved in the
conveyancing process so nobody working on your behalf is able to delay matters by resting on their laurels or hiding behind a legal
process.
