Your Relocation Co-ordinator will professionally negotiate the price of your property. Once agreed your Relocation Co-ordinator will get to work behind the scenes to ensure that the sale goes ahead as smoothly as possible.

Aegis will liaise with all the professional entities involved in finalising the sale. It is of course a matter for you as to whether we liaise with companies that you instruct us to, or whether you ask us to advise on the best companies for the job. If the latter is appropriate, your Relocation Co-ordinator will investigate companies on your behalf for quality, price and availability so you can be certain that the best people are looking after you throughout.
