We are able to advise on how best to present your home to maximise its potential withint the sales

market. If there are any particular contractors required to prepare your home for the sale (for example

decorators, landscape gardeners) we are able to source, brief , negotiate fees and instruct the right

companies and manage their work on your behalf.

Liaising with solicitors

One of the most stressful parts of a move is the way that professional parties conduct themselves if it

is not with the urgency or diligence that you would prefer. Often Solicitors are top of this list! With our

legal background we can either provide trusted solicitors to carry out your conveyacing or liaise directly

with your chosen solicitors during the conveyancing process to ensure that timescales and objectives

are clearly communicated, and kept to. We regularly follow up on progress and on the issues that are

involved in the conveyancing process so nobody working on your behalf is able to unduly delay matters

because they are resting on their laurels.
